A New Jersey native, L.Ayala grew up with big dreams and aspirations to one day be succesful. That dream, however, was unknown until he took on a project for a friend. A project that would forever change his destiny and goals. As a fan of reading, he would often recommend books to those who also shared the same interest. One of those friends introduced him to the world of FanFiction. She had a wild imagination that he was very drawn to and when she introduced him to her own struggling Twilight FanFiction, he took the opportunity to assist. What he didn't know was that a lending hand, would turn into something much more detailed and involved. He overtook the story and with her input and guidance, transformed it into a brilliant spin off to the now famous Vampire saga. The response on FanFiction.com was so possitive, that it inspired him to take a chance with his own stories. His own characters and his own world. A world he would have total control over. There, The Dark Rhodes Series was born. After spending over a year writing Claimed at Dark, he finally released it and the response was even greater then that of his FanFiction work. People from all over the world reached out to him begging for more and now L.Ayala is on a mission to get his work to become a global success.
